President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris were sworn in at the US Capital.
Harris has made history as the first female, first Black and first South Asian vice president.
Biden signed his first executive orders, including actions to impose a mask mandate on federal property and rejoin the Paris climate accord.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump is back at Mar-a-Lago in Florida as DC and states across the country bolster security over fears of possible new threats today.
